OenoSpheres offers you a unique gastronomic experience !
An online cooking class in the company of a renowned chef from the region followed by a tasting of food and champagne.

The little extra? You receive all the dry ingredients and your champagne directly at home !

Tariff : from 95 € TTC for 2 persons

Duration : 2-hour remote activity

These are recipes for Spring that will change according to the seasons and the availability of products.

Recipe #1

Two-colored asparagus and “tomme des Ardennes” cream and perfect egg.

Pairing with a Blanc de Noirs champagne cuvée selected by us.

Recipe #2

 Saint-Pierre in its consomme with citrus fruits and seaweed and its pink Champagne lentils in ball.

Pairing with a Blanc de Blancs champagne cuvée selected by us.

Recipe #3

Lobster with caviar cream accompanied by beans from Soissons.

Pairing with a oak barrel aged champagne cuvée selected by us.

You receive at home your all-inclusive box (dry ingredients, champagne and detailed recipe).

In video, you take part in the preparation and dressing of your dish with Chef Eric Geoffroy.

At the end of the course, a commented tasting of wine & champagne pairings will be carried out by our expert.

For each cooking class, the price includes:

    ⇒ A detailed sheet with the steps of the recipe
